OMG what a fabulous job you guys did.  The food was amazing.  Everyone of my guests have made comments about the hors d'oeuvres to the buffet.  They had never tasted any of these hors d'oeuvres before. The comments range from how unique they were to however your wait staff was serving them.  The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and plenty to go around.  And then the amazing buffet how can you guys bring to a park all this amazing food and it's hot when served.  Truly  spectacular.  As you well know how hard it is to plan a wedding and have something go wrong, well nothing went wrong as far as the food wand drinks were concern.  I will always recommend you in the highest respects.  It has been a pleasure working with you Chef, Sonia and of course your staff.  I will keep in touch all the very best to you
